Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please read our returns guidelines below.

Return Process

Before sending any item back, please contact us at sales@dadsshop.co.uk so we can assist you and provide the appropriate return instructions.

Return Eligibility

  • You have the right to return items within 28 days of receipt (unless different timeframe applies under manufacturer’s guarantee).
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition unless the return relates to a fault or damage.
  • Proof of purchase may be required.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged:
  • Please notify us as soon as possible.
  • A pre-paid return label will be emailed to you.
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Unwanted Items

If you no longer want an item:
  • You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued once the item has been received and inspected.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Please allow 5-10 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

If you would like an exchange rather than a refund, please let us know when you contact us. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Personalised/ Made-to-order Items

Personalised or made-to-order items cannot be returned unless:
  • There was an error on our part (e.g., incorrect personalisation), or
  • The item is faulty.

Packaging Returns

Please ensure items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. We cannot accept responsibility for items damaged due to poor packaging during a return.
