Postage & Delivery
How long will my order take to be dispatched?
Please allow 2–3 days for your order to be dispatched.Which courier do you use?
We use Yodel and Evri for all postal deliveries.Will I receive a tracking number?

After dispatch, please allow 3–5 days for delivery.Where do you do local deliveries?
We can deliver locally within a 10-mile radius of our postcode (RG7 3).If you do not see the “van delivery” option at checkout, your address is outside our delivery area.
When can I expect my local delivery?
We aim to deliver the same day if your order is placed before 2pm.Please note: No local deliveries on Saturdays or Sundays.
Can I order large items for local delivery?
Yes! We can deliver 8’ x 4’ sheet materials, long lengths of timber, and even pallet-sized items. If you would like help with bulk item get in touch and we’ll be happy to help.Click & Collect
How does Click & Collect work?
We will notify you as soon as your order is ready for collection.Please do not come to collect before receiving this confirmation.
How long does Click & Collect take?
Your order will usually be prepared the same day as ordering.You’ll be contacted as soon as it’s ready.
What do I need to bring to collect my order?
Please bring your order number with you.How long will you hold my Click & Collect order?
We will hold your order for 30 days.After this, the order will be cancelled and refunded.

When can I collect my order?
Orders can be collected during the shop’s normal opening hours.Product Restrictions
Why can I only Click & Collect certain items?
Items such as blades or age-restricted products cannot be sent by post.These items require proof of ID, so they are only available for Click & Collect or local delivery, where ID can be checked by a member of staff.
