Sika Brick and Patio Acid Based Masonry Cleaner 5 Litre is a fast-acting, general-purpose cleaner for restoring outdoor hard surfaces. It’s designed to tackle mortar and cement residues, efflorescence, limescale, ingrained dirt and algae on brickwork, paving, concrete and many types of stone. The solution can be diluted to suit the level of soiling, making it an economical choice for larger areas and routine maintenance, as well as post-building clean-ups.

Typical coverage is around 4m² per litre, though this varies with surface porosity and the severity of deposits. This product is the direct replacement for Everbuild 401 Brick and Patio Cleaner as part of the Sika/Everbuild rebrand.
